Chapters 7-8 Mama and Little Ann

As I was looking through questions I have used in the past for chapters 7 and 8, I couldn’t decide on which one to use. Both of the questions I have used in the past are really good. Because of that, there are actually two separate questions for these two chapters. You will need to answer both questions for this section of the blog. When you type your answer, please put it in the format below:Question 1: Put your answer here.Question 2: Put the answer for this one here.Don’t forget to put your name at the end.

Here are the two questions. Remember who your audience is as you write.Question 1: Billy’s mom worries about him while he is out hunting while his dad is not as worried. Who worries more about you, your mom or dad? Why? Give specific examples.

Question 2: On page 74 Billy scolds Little Ann for letting the coon fool her. In the next paragraph Billy says, “I wanted them to figure it out for themselves.” Why do you think Billy wants this? Why is it important? Have you ever been in this situation, tell about it.

Question 1: My mom worries about me the most because she is a lady and ladies worry more than men do. Also most of the time I ask her smoothing she says yes and most of the time my dad says no. She also worries about me the most because when ever I get hurt she asks like she needs to take me to the hospital and I say I’m fine and she says I’m not .Then my dad says tough it out.

Question 2: I think Billy wants this because he thought his pups every thing he knew. Every trick he knew and all the tricks the raccoons pull. It is important because Billy thought every thing he knew and all the tricks coons pull. Yes I have been in this situation and it was when I told my uncle Jake how to do smoothing and he wasn’t paying attention. So I had to tell it all over to him. Finally about the 5th time he listened and got what he was supposed to do.

Question 1: My mom worries about me more because she doesn’t want me to get hurt or lost. For example, if I wanted to go on a bike trip with my friend, she would probably start listing all of these things I need to remember to do if something happens, and she’ll keep calling me on my cell phone like every 10 minutes I’m gone, to check on me, ( that’s why she got me a phone).
Question 2: I think Billy scolded Little Ann to teach her not to do what she did. I think it is important to do this because if he doesn’t, Little Ann might keep doing the wrong thing, and think it is okay to. I have been in a situation like this with my dog, I scolded my dog plenty of times when he barks at someone who rings my doorbell. I try and try and try to teach him not to do that but it never works.

Question1: My Mom worries about me the most because she doesn’t want me to get hurt or anything. For example, If I wanted to go to the movies with my friends my mom would probably hesitate and say “No” but if I asked my dad he would probably hesitate and say “yes”.

Question2: I think Billy wants this because he wants her to be able to figure things out her self. It is important because Billy isn’t going to always be there for them. Yes I have been in this situation; it was also with my dog. One time I though his toy and he couldn’t find so he came to me. I think he realized that I wanted him to find it by himself so he started sniffing around and found it.

Question 1: My Dad worries more about me when I get cut or something like that. But mom worries about me just as much when I am sick with the flu. I know this because my mom doesn’t want any body else sick and she’s so busy with that dad has to care about the cuts and bruises. So even though they yell at me sometimes ( most of the time) they still worry about me. They are the best parents ever.
Question 2: I think Billy wants them to figure it out themselves because if he helps them once they will keep asking for help, they will be fooled again when the raccoon tricks them again. Get it? I do.

bxuI would say that my mom worries about me more because when ever I go somewhere by myself she’ll hand me her sell phone and give me a list of rules to follow. But my dad will just go have fun and leave it at that.

I think that Billy wants the dogs to figure it out on their own because if he keeps helping them the more they’ll want help it’s important because if they don’t learn how to do it on their own they never will.

I think my mom because I don’t see my dad much but when I do he worries about me but not as much because he’s either with me I’m just in the yard. But my mom worries about me because I go up to the school and play over to my friends or around town somewhere.

I think Billy wants this because he wants his dogs to be able to track and tree a coon on there own. It’s important because Billy want have to chase the coon. Yes I have been in a situation like this. One time me and my beagle Molly were hunting rabbits and she kept going the wrong way and if she doesn’t find this rabbit then she wont find any more.

Question 1: My mom, because the very first time my mom had me stay home alone for 30 minutes, she wanted me to lock the doors, check that the garage is shut, and make sure I don’t go outside. My dad just kept saying stuff like, “Come on. We need to hurry! Let’s go!”
Question 2: He wants them to learn on there own. Because if they figure it out on there own… they will remember better. I have been in a situation like this for KMH, Mr. Kelsey always tells me to figure it out on my own. So that way I remember it better. In fact when I was reading this part during the book, this is exactly what I was thinking at the time!

Question 1: I would say my mom worries about me a lot more. For example when I play out side she makes me check in every thirty minutes just to know that I’m ok.

Question 2: I think Billy wants little Ann to figure it out herself because if he just does it for her she is just going to get fooled again but if she figures it out her self she will remember better and know what to do. I think it’s important that she learns it on her own. Actually I have not been in a position like Billy’s before but if I was I would do the same thing Billy did. He let his dog learn how to do the right thing on his own.

My dad worries about me the most because I am always spending the night at my friends house so he is worried that I might come home with a broken leg or arm or something like that.
Yes have been in this situation i have yelled at someone and it was my brother because I made this really good cake and he was running in the house and he ran into me and it spilt all over the floor, so I yelled at him for that, and that night we didn’t have any dessert because Damien spilt the cake all over the floor.-Hope*

I would have to say my mom worries about me more because my dad let’s me go anywhere on my bike if I ask him, my mom on the other hand doesn’t even let me go 5 blocks from my house.
I think Billy did won’t help Old Dan and Little Ann because he probably knew they would have to learn on there own.

Question 1# The one who worries the most about me is my mommy. My dad does not worry because he is a laid back person, and does not worry. He also trusts me to make good decisions. Question 2# Billy wants them to figure it out themselves because he doesn’t want to always be there to tell them that the Conn fooled them. He wants them to figure that out. It is important because Billy wants the dogs to be the best hunting dogs they can be, he can not do that though if he has to tell that the Coon fooled them. They would have to figure that out. I have never been in a situation that Billy has been in. So I can’t say anything for this question.

Question 1: My mom worries me the most because if I am on a walk I have to tell her where I am walking to. I have to do that because if don’t go where I say I was going she would hunt me down and I would be grounded. Like one time I was walking to a trucking place and didn’t tell my sister I got in trouble when my mom found me and I got 4 days of grounding.

Question 2: Billy probably wanted that because if the dogs wanted to be coon dogs they probably needed to find their way back to the trail. It was important because who would train their dogs and then forget all of things the person trained them. The dogs probably needed to find the trail again so they can coon hunt again. Yes I have been in a situation where I needed to figure something out on my own. What I needed to figure out on my own was a math problem and I asked for help and I needed to figure it out on my own. So I did after 30 long minutes.

I think my mom worries about me the most and I think that because she is always worries about the little stuff like I would fall and scrap my knee and she would say stuff like” are you all right! Are you alright! Here let me see “and stuff like that and that’s why I think my mom worries about me the most.

My mom worries the most because my dad was just like and people say that I look just like my dad, I hear that a lot. She worries the most because she’s worries that I’m going to get hurt or something. My dad doesn’t barley worry at all and I don’t really know why but I think that it’s because I just like him when he was younger.

So that they can learn and not for other things do it themselves. It is important because if you don’t learn and someone else does it for you and it would be really cool to see your dogs do something that you’ve never seen them do before. Yes I have and it was when I was teaching my friend how to do something and then let him try it but then my other friend came a long and started to tell him what to do instead of letting him do it.

1.Who worries about me the most I, would say both because when I go outside she always wants me to tell her where I am going and my dad he worries about me when I go to the pool with my friends. So yea I would say that both of them worry about me the most.
2. Well he says that he is ashamed of little Ann because she let the coon full her. Billy said that he wanted for the dogs to figure it out on there own selves because he bevels that they are old enough to hunt by them selves. This is important because Billy knows that the dogs can do this and never back down. Have I been in an situation like this, yes I have it was between getting a hunting dog or a cat and I really like hunting dogs and cats so I had to choose the cats because my brother choose before I said anything. So know I have two cats even thought I wanted a hunting dog.

Question 1: I can’t decide who worries more about me. I feel like both do. I would go with my mom, because last night like about at 7:00, I went out with my dad, and got the horses out, to ride them. Well my mom had to show up right when it got dark. I saw her. I got close to Thunder, my most loved horse. The wind was blowing hard, and Thunder started shaking, and everything. Well, my mom thought that Thunder was going to hurt me, and stuff. When that happened, I was feeding, Thunder. So my mom is like “Monse get away from him, you’ll feed him tomorrow, during the day.” I ignored her, she kept insisting. I am a little scared of horses, because I have fallen off of Thunder like two times, and Goldy, Thunder’s mom once. My dad gives me courage when it comes to horses.

Question 2: I think that Billy wanted that because he wanted his pups to actually be able to find the trail without any help that the pups would become experts. I have been in a situation like this one, it happened to be almost the same one. I went coon hunting with my dad once, that’s when I had my German Shepherds. They treed a coon. But before that, they had completely lost the coon. My dad got so mad. Until the dogs found the coon in the woods. After that, we able to get the coon. The dogs treed the coon, my dad shot the coon, the dogs went after it, and the coon died.

Question1: Who worries more about me well I would have to say my mom because when I am at my Grandparents house she gets so worried about me getting lost or hurt because they live out in the country. And she is worried about me getting bitten when my dad is not worried about any of those things happening to me. Also my mom gets worried about me when I ride my bike around the block like I might get hurt or something.
Question2: I think that Billy wants this because he wants his dogs to be the best coon hunting dogs in the world. Why is this important well it is great practice for them to be tricked so they will be great problem solvers. I have been in a situation like this and it was when I was trying to teach my dog how to get one of his toys out of a bush. He would try and then it would seem that he wanted my help be I just told him that he had to do it himself and finally he got it out.

The person who worries about me the most is my mom, because I am the youngest in my family and I like to go look at stuff in stores and sometimes I get lost, but not a lot so she worries about me the most in my family.
Billy wants his pups to figure it out by themselves because he wants them to be smart hunting dogs and he wants them to catch their first coon, he also wants them to be smart so they can catch more after that. I can’t rember if something like that has happened to me but I’m not sure.

Well I think your mom worries the most because you are in the dark hunting you don’t know what you could find it can hurt you and all you have is an axe and some hunting dogs.
I think he said “they should figure it out on themselves” because he wants them to learn and yes I have been a situation like this before me and my coach were working on my throw and I couldn’t figure something out and he said “he should figure it out on his own”

1. My mom worries more about me. My dad lives in Texas and I do not get to see him. She worries about me because she does not want anything to happen to me.
2. I think Billy wants to have the dogs figure it out on their own, because when they are hunting he wants them to be able to find the coon. I have been in a situation where I have to figure out a math problem on my own.
